200 Uploads In, 62 Posts Published Across 5 Platforms, With a 100% Success Rate
CodeSquad turned a four-brand family law firm into a self-publishing content engine. The team drops in media once, and the system turns it into blogs, social posts, and videos for every brand, with attorneys keeping final approval.

4 brands. One publishing engine.
Modern Law runs four distinct family law brands. Each one needed a steady stream of useful content, but every article, image, and social post created another handoff for an already busy team.
Ideas, drafts, approvals, and assets moved across disconnected tools. Each brand needed its own voice without multiplying the workload, and turning one good idea into a full campaign took too much manual effort. We built a single pipeline to handle it:
- Drag-and-drop intake. The team uploads media once, and the system takes it from there.
- Multi-brand content generation. Rules keep each brand’s audience, tone, and legal context intact.
- Attorney review in Clio. Every piece waits for attorney approval before it goes live, so subject-matter experts stay in control.
- Automatic publishing. Approved content goes out as blogs, Google Business Profile posts, and social posts on Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.
- Recovery queue and activity logs. Failed steps are retried automatically, and every step is visible on one operations dashboard.
From one upload to content on every channel.
The Automation Operations dashboard tracks every upload from intake to publication. So far the pipeline has handled:
- 200 media uploads ingested, with 183 moving through live processing
- 62 posts published across 5 platforms: 16 on Facebook, 16 on Instagram, 16 on YouTube, 13 in Clio, and 1 on WordPress
- 191 pieces waiting for attorney review in Clio, a ready queue of content for the firm to approve
- 100% success rate: 11 failed steps were retried automatically from the recovery queue, and every one went through
The team now runs content as an operation instead of rebuilding the process for every campaign. Each approved topic feeds multiple brands, formats, and channels, while attorneys keep the final say on what is published.
“Working with Shahzaib was the ideal experience. He was knowledgeable, solutions oriented, and incredibly communicative. He worked quickly and did an excellent job on the projects we assigned him. We'll definitely be working with him again in the future and highly recommend him.”— Sarah, Modern Law
